A substantial part of our Business idea, is to offer our customers the right consultants and competence for doing development-projects.

We can act as consultants working directly for different organisations, or as sub-consultants to senior colleagues in the market, that has long relations with major international organisations.

We offer the competence that we have in our roster. We have women and men with both deep and broad experience from doing projects and programmes in developing countries, with their knowledge learnt from the business sector, public administration and organizations in developed countries.

We work with both short- and long-term projects, geographically placed all over the globe or just out from Sweden. Our consultants are working in functions such as for example Team Leaders, Key Experts, Specialists, Instructors as well as persons doing analysis and project-formulations.

Todays information and education about CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is an area with increasing interest. UDC is a member of the UN Global Compact since year 2006, and we see CSR as both a natural part of our business and our view is long-term.

Philantrophic persons in society with financial resources, wants to do an increasing amount of assistance to developing countries. UDC can be a resource in assisting these persons in how to reach the people and projects that they want to support, and to do it in an effective and efficient way.

We are a resource and ad new or deeper knowledge within areas where we have substantial competence, for example in Eastern-Europe and Central-Asia as well as in the areas of Business sector development and Public sector development and reforms.

Our customers shall feel that UDC besides delivering a very good work, also gives additional value in form of extraordinary knowledge and engagement. The overreaching goal of UDC is to be part of the work of strengthening developing countries and through that create better living-conditions.
